All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect puchase
  • dissatisfaction with the product or service
  • delivery delays caused by carrier

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds, we will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • order number
  • clear photos of damaged or defective item
  • packaging photos

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has marked them as delivered. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
